摘要:The invention relates to a method for the qualitative and/or quantitativedetection of an analyte in a sample using an analytical reagent containing a RNA repliconor a DNA sequence coding for such a sequence. According to said method the analyte isdetected by amplification of the RNA replicon using a DNA-dependent RNA polymeraseand subsequent detection of the amplification products. The invention also relates to anucleic acid which codes for an analytical reagent provided for in the invention and to atest kit for carrying out the above method.
