清炖猪腰子
材料
原料:猪腰子1只,鸡汤大半碗
配料:娃娃菜,木耳,笋,葱,姜,蒜少许,胡椒粉,料酒,盐
做法
1、猪腰子竖切成3-4MM的薄片,浸泡在清水当中,中途换几次水,至水清澈即可。
2、鸡汤大半碗,入木耳、笋炖开后,转小火。
3、猪腰子沥干,入滚烫的开水烫两次,第二次烫成这样就可以了。
4、汤里入娃娃菜、葱、姜,调一点胡椒粉。
5、汤开后,入烫好的猪腰子,锅开后略调料酒、盐,放点蒜泥(如果是青蒜叶子最好)即可。
