  I would like to apologize for our mistake in sending you the wrong order. We mixed your order with another order from another customer who had placed an order of two thousand H4 automotive lamps. 贵司曾给我们下需求20xx支H7汽车灯泡的紧急订单,我们给贵司出的是20xx支H4汽车灯泡,而不是贵司需要的H7汽车灯泡。我们将贵司的H7汽车灯泡订单与另一客户的H4汽车灯泡订单搞混了。I understand that you must have suffered business losses due to the mistake made by us. On behalf of Mr. Trump, our General Manager, I assure that we will compensate for your losses with the payment in your next order.
