TheSC10XXseriesisasetofthree-terminallowpowervoltageregulatorsimplementedinCMOStechnology.Theyareavailablewithseveralfixedoutputvoltagesrangingfroml.5V--7.0V.CMOStechnologyensureslowvoltagedropandlowquiescentcurrent.Althoughdesignedprimarilyasfixedvoltageregulators,thesedevicescanbeusedwithexternalcomponentstoobtainvariablevoltagesandcurrents.
