讨论式教学法在高中英语教学中的运用

新课程改革要求教育工作者要更新教与学的观念,转变传统的教学的方式,尊重学生的主体性,同时还要注重培养学生的综合学习能力。课堂教学是学生学习的主要方式,因此提高课堂教学效率对于学生的成绩有着重要的作用,但是在目前的高中英语课堂中,传统的教学方法占主导地位。教师在传授知识时主要靠讲授的方法,且一直担任着“孤独”讲授者的角色,课堂上学生参与教学活动的机会较少,学习的积极性得不到提高,学生处于被动的地位,课堂教学效率低下,因此学生无法得到全面的发展。讨论式教学法作为一种教学方法受到越来越多人的关注,这种教学方法不仅发挥了教师的主导作用而且也体现了学生的主体地位。笔者通过分析当前高中英语的教学环境,指出了当前高中英语教学中存在的一些问题,为讨论式教学法的提出做准备。本研究旨在解决以下问题:1)讨论式教学法在高中英语教学中的运用现状;2)如何在高中英语教学中运用讨论式教学法?;3)讨论式教学法是如何提高课堂效率和英语成绩的?英语课程标准要求在注重学生语言知识和技能培养的同时,注重培养学生运用语言的能力,让学生学会学习。高中阶段是学生学习各种技能的重要阶段,高中生的自我意识不断觉醒,自我评价能力不断提高,学生的动手能力强并且思维敏捷,因此要充分发挥高中生的这些特点,让学生的英语学习变得更加丰富多彩,使学生充分的参与学习过程,感受自我在学习中的价值。学生不仅要学会正确的运用语言,还要学会如何自我分析解决问题,使英语成为活的语言。本论文从心理学、教育学和教学论的角度分析了讨论式www.wmlunwen.com教学法的理论基础及在高中英语教学中的运用价值。英语作为一门语言,有着庞大的词汇量和复杂的,因此要采用多样化的教学方法来激发学生的学习兴趣,从而提高学生的学习效率。本文首先通过文献法探讨了讨论式教学法的相关知识和研究。其次采用问卷调查法,把济南商河一中150名学生作为问卷调查的对象,通过对问卷调查结果分析来分析当前高中英语学习的环境及学生
对讨论式教学法的认识,最后笔者在实际的英语教学中运用了讨论式教学法,并对实验班和控制班分别进行了前测后测,通过对前测后测成绩的对比和分析来验证讨论式教学法运用的价值。本研究结果证明,讨论式教学法在高中英语教学中取得了很大成效。这种教学方法不仅能改变了课堂沉闷的学习氛围,而且激发了学生对于英语学习的热情。在讨论的过程中,学生开始大胆的说英语,同时也学会了如何尊重别人、倾听意见,表达观点和与人合作。切实提高了英语课堂教学质量和学生英语学习成绩,学生得到了全面的发展。

The New Curriculum Reform requests education workers to update the concept ofteaching and learning and change the traditional way of teaching. It requests that educationshould respect the subjectivity of students and cultivate students’ comprehensive learningability at the same time. Classroom teaching is the main way of learning, so it is important toimprove the efficiency of teaching in class; but traditional teaching method is in the lead inpresent high school English class. Teachers impart knowledge to students by instructing, theyalways play a lonely role in teaching, students have a few opportunities to participate in theteaching activity, students’positivist and the efficiency of English education can’t beimproved, students always in a passive position, so they can’t be developed completely andfreely. Discussion Teaching Method is paid attention as a teaching method by more and morepeople, by using this teaching method; not only teachers’leading role is developed but alsoreflects students’ dominant position. The author finds some issues by analyzing the Englishteaching environment of high school, then the Discussion Teaching Method can be putforward. This research will solve the following questions:1)The present status

The thesis discussed some information andresearch about Discussion Teaching Method firstly, then author used questionnaire survey, theobject of study is one hundred and fifty students from Jinan Shanghe First Senior High School.The research analyzed the high school English learning environment and learned that howmuch the students know about Discussion Teaching Method by analyzing questionnairessurvey results. In the last, the author used Discussion Teaching Method in high Englishteaching process, then compared
experiment class’s pretest grades and post-tests with controlclass’s pretest grades and post-test grades. By using these two ways to prove the applied valueof Discussion Teaching MethodThe research results have shown that Discussion Teaching Method obtained very bigeffect in senior high school English teaching; this teaching method can not only change thedepressing teaching atmosphere but also spark their enthusiasm for English learning. Duringthe discussion process, students begin to open their mouth to speaking English and they alsolearned how to respect others, listening, express their opinions and cooperate. The Englishclassroom teaching quality and students’English grades were truly improved, Studentsobtained fully development.
