I believe no matter how time flies , I will always remember the touching moment when Mr. Wang talked with me and gave me a new beginning of my life .He was not only my teacher but also my sunshine in my heart.
Before Mr. Wang became our Chinese teacher, I had been known as a “problem student”. Both the teachers and parents decided to give me up .However, Mr. Wang didn’t abandon(放弃) me. He was always patient with me in my schoolwork and he guided me to do a lot better . Whenever I couldn’t understand anything he explained things to me clearly. he always told me “you can do it !”because of him I put in more effort . Then I passed the exam for the first time, he congratulated me and encouraged me to make progress little by little. Then he asked me if there was anything he could do for me . The moment we finished our talking , I felt a new life started .
It’s the first time when someone really cared about me and found advantages on me . With her help , I gradually overcome my mistakes and changed into a better one . And the encouragement will be in my heart forever.

There are a lot of people who are with excellent qualities. Their behaviors show us how to be hard-working , persistent(坚持不懈的) and helpful .
Lang Ping , a famous Chinese volleyball player and coach , made a great contribution(贡献) to the success of our women’s volleyball sport. When she was a player, she won lots of championships（锦标赛） .Although she has got a lot of hurts after the retirement（退休）, she has done an even better job as a coach . Nobody will forget how the volleyball girls won the championship under huge pressure in Rio Olympics because of her insistence（坚持）.
As a student , we shouldn’t just study hard . We also have to spend some time in helping others, doing volunteer work, learning from good models and so on . Only in this way can we be a good student with knowledge and morals .

Even I was worried that my father might be disappointed. There was a heave weight on my shoulders . To my surprise and relief, my father said nothing ,sitting quietly with me . The next morning, I found a piece of paper . It said “Never give up , dear .I am proud of you forever ” Many years has passed since that thing happened to me, but I was moved deeply. How lucky I am to be his son .
According to my experience, I want
to give the teenagers some advice. First ,we should study hard to get good grades . Only in this way can they be happy truly. Next , if we meet some difficulty , we should try our best to deal with . Most importantly, we should love and take care of them . Such as chatting with them and doing some housework. Because we have grown up now .
