If you are using a copy of a manuscript from the web, you must paste it into this document and then reorder the macrobutton fields accordingly. You cannot make changes to the field codes that are marked DO NOT CHANGE THIS FIELD CODE, these field codes are especially worded to link to our wizard. You can however move them around in the document as is. To create a new field code, just copy one of the editable ones and then change the wording inside the [ ] to match the field you are trying to map.

You must also change the document properties so they match the template you are creating, you can do this under File/Properties, make sure you scroll down in the last window and change all the information, this information is also linked in our wizard and if it isn’t changed the file won’t match the template wizard.

When you save the template the name must be exactly the same as the style file that it represents, this links the style to the template and allows CWYW to create the correct bibliography.
