摘要：A method for determining dehydrogenase or its substrate in dehydrogenasereaction, which comprises subjecting a dehydrogenase and its substrate to a dehydro‐genase reaction in the presence of an electron carrier or a combination of a coenzymeand an electron carrier, allowing to form H₂O₂ through transfer of electrons derivedfrom the substrate by the dehydrogenase reaction to O₂ via the electron carrier or viathe coenzyme and electron carrier, stopping the dehydrogenase reaction, reacting saidH₂O₂ with a peroxidase and a chromogen, and measuring a formed dye, and a reagent fordetermining dehydrogenase or its substrate. By the method and the reagent,
dehydrogenase or its substrate can be accurately determined in a short time regardlessof the concentration of the dehydrogenase and/or the substrate and without stainingtubes or cells of a determination device with a dye.
