摘要：Disclosed in certain embodiments is an oral dosage form comprising a pluralityof particles, each particle comprising a compressed core comprising: (i) an active agentsusceptible to abuse and (ii) a gelling agent; wherein the plurality of particles contains atherapeutically or prophylactically effective amount of the active agent; and wherein theviscosity of the dosage form mixed with from about 0.5 to about 10 ml of an aqueousliquid is unsuitable for parenteral or nasal administration.
