摘要：The invention pertains to a dental instrument used to fill a tooth cavity withlight-curing materials and then cure this filling material by light, the instrument beingeasy to handle, working with precision unproblematically. The dental instrument consistsof a light-guiding handle with an element for connection to a light source and of atranslucent mouthpiece that is used for curing the light-curable filling compounds andthat attaches to the handle. The mouthpiece is designed as a condenser encompassing asheathing with light outlet windows, one of the light outlet windows taking the form ofan end-face light outlet window and having a convex lens insert for focusing the light andfor condensing the tooth filling.
