摘要：Methods and systems include a computer-implemented method of forming acontract between two or more parties. The method includes receiving contract-related
events and states of the contract-related events from a user, via a graphical userinterface (GUI). The method also includes developing a set of possibilities for the statesof the contract-related events for associated time periods and properties betweencontracting parties. The method also includes defining a transaction for each possibilityand its associated time period and property, and returning results of the developing andthe defining to the user. The returned results can be displayed to the user in a tableformat or a flow chart format.
