Schottky Barrier Diode

These Schottky barrier diodes are designed for high speed switchingapplications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. Extremely lowforward voltage reduces conduction loss. Miniature surface mountpackage is excellent for hand held and portable applications wherespace is limited.
