服务台/前台(Information Counter/Front Desk):记得当你有任何需要时,最快也是最便捷的方法,就是直接找服务台/前台人员了。
Reception接待处 Registration登记处
可以帮你处理相关的住宿手续或其它问题。延长、取消或更换住宿房间,在这里都可以搞定。
Cashier 出纳
这里可以计算住宿的费用、兑换外币,也可以在这儿租用保险箱(safe/safe deposit box)。
Information 服务台
这里可以提供许多旅游资讯,也可以帮你推荐介绍,甚至是预约餐馆、剧院的门票,连叫车服务也有。
饭店服务
住宿期间,你可以亲自或直接拨电话到Front Desk要求以下服务 晨间叫醒电话
你可以说:Excuse me, can I have a wake-up call at seven tomorrow morning? 对不起,可不可以在明天早上七点叫醒我? 保管重要物品
你可以说:Would you please keep the valuables for me? 可不可以帮我保管这些贵重物品? 广播找人
你可以说:I want to page someone, please. 我想广播找人。 查看留言
你可以说:Do you have any message for me? 有我的留言吗? 要求物品
你可以说:Would you please bring me up some towels? 可不可以给我送一些毛巾上来? 修理损坏的设备
你可以说:The air-conditioning doesn't work. 空调坏了。
也可以说:There is something wrong with the air-conditioning. 空调好像有点问题。
The bathroom is leaking, and there are no towels or tissue. 浴室漏水,可这儿没有毛巾和卫生纸。
然后说: Could you please send someone up? 可不可派人上来修一下? 要求换房
你可以说:The room's insulation is bad. I want to change my room, but to a room with a view as good as this one.
