Lesson 3 The first period

Teaching aims:

1.知识目标:

(1)能够听、说、认读单词: happy,angry,tired,sad,scared,proud,winner,garden

(2)学习句型:I‟m very happy. He/She is very sad. 并能熟练运用。

2.能力目标:

(1)通过模仿课文录音,培养英语语感。

(2)能够听、说、读、写本课表示表情的形容词,以及相关句子。

(3)能运用所学的语言知识进行交流,并运用于日常生活中。 3.情感目标:

(1)教育学生时常保持乐观的好心情。 (2)激发学生强烈的民族自豪感。 Teaching important and difficult points:

1.让学生在语言复习、语言学习和语言活动中听、说、认、读生词和句型。

2.正确掌握单词:scared、proud的发音。 Teaching aids:

课件、图片和卡片等。 Teaching steps: Step1.Greetings. Step2 Free talk

1.T:Whose birthday is in February? Ss:…

T:When is your birthday? Ss:…

2.Sing a song:Happy Birthday.

3.Listen to a song:A Happy Song.(出示笑脸图并配上动作) Step3.New Lesson

1.出示并板书课题Lesson 3 Emotions “ emotion” means “表情、情绪”。eg: happy,I am very happy.(教师边说边做动作)把笑脸图贴于黑板上,教师再通过表情引出proud,angry,sad,scared,tired五个词并将这些表情的图片出示,而后贴于黑板上,让学生先整体感知。

2.学习单词:proud,winner,angry

(1)We will learn these emotions. Look at the pictures.出现一组关于奥运的图片,让学生重温奥运带来的高兴与自豪,从中学习proud,I am very proud.

(2)出现运动员何雯娜获得金牌的照片 T: She is the winner. She is very proud. She is from Fujian. I‟m very proud. We are very proud.出示单词winner,并用胜利的手势来表示。

(3)出现运动员林丹获得金牌的照片,引导学生自主说出句子:He is the winner. He is very proud. I am very proud. We are very proud.

(4)让学生看圣火被抢的照片,从而引出单词“angry”,用极为愤怒的表情读I am very angry. Angry, angry.

(5)用各种方法巩固单词:happy,proud,angry,winner 3.学习单词:scared,sad,tired,garden

(1)从地震的一系列图片中让学生深刻体会单词:scared,sad,tired的含义,引导学生说句子:I am very scared. I am very sad. He is very tired.最后我们带着对震区的美好祝福,学习单词“garden”.

(2)操练单词: scared,sad,tired,garden

(3)巩固八个新单词:师指导学生说单词。师指单词学生表演。师做动作学生抢答。

(4)给学生1分钟快速记忆单词,并快速说出单词。 4.学习课文

(1)根据图片完成课文内容,并跟读。 (2)翻开书自由读,个别读。 (3)完成课本P11页的课后练习。 Step4. Homework:

1.Listen to the tape 3 times.

3.能熟练表达自己的情绪感受和描述他人的情绪状 Teaching important points:

让学生在语言活动中听、说、认、读单词和句型。 Teaching steps : Step 1:Warming up

T:When is your father‟s birthday? S:My father‟s birthday is… 3.Sing a song: A Happy Song Step 2:Review the words:

Show the cards and have the students read together Read the words one by one. Step 3Review the sentences:

Game:请两位学生到台前,让其中一位看着老师的的脸谱图做表情,另一位学生用句型You are... 猜出他的表情,猜对,就说Yes, I am. 全班说:I’m... He /She is... 若猜错就说:No,I’m not.多让几组学生上台表演。

Step 4:Review the last lesson

1.Read after the tape . 2.Read in roles . Step 5 Look and say.

请学生看图,用第一和第三人称进行描述,同时做出相应的表情。然后听录音,模仿录音里的语音、语调。

Step 6 Look and write.

请学生独立完成后,指名提问讲评,做出评价。 Step 7 Homework :

1.Read the text 2.Finish the activity book.

Lesson 4 The first period

Teaching aims:

1.知识目标:能够听、说、认读单词: ask ,answer,elephant 2.学习句型:Miss Kangaroo wanted to see her. Mr. Elephant was very angry.

Mr.Cat ,Mr,Dog and Miss Kangaroo were all scared. 3.能力目标:

(1)通过阅读课文,培养英语语感。 (2)掌握课文的一些相关的信息。 Teaching important points: 复习动词的过去式 Teaching aids:tape,cards Teaching steps: Step1 Warm-up

1.Greetings

T:Hello,boys and girls . Nice to see you again.

S: Nice to see you again ,too. 2. Sing the songs :“A Happy Song ”. Step2. Review

1.Show some pictures and review words: happy, tired, sad, proud, scared ,angry

2. Say some sentences:I am happy/tired/angry/proud/scared. Step3. Presentation

2.Show a picture and ask: Do you like elephants? Ss: Yes.

Learn the word: elephant

3.T: There is a story about Mr, Elephant, Mr Dog, Mr Cat and Miss Kangaroo.What happened to them?Let‟s learn Lesson 4 Scared

4.Open the book and listen to the tape carefully. Draw a line under the words you don‟t know.

5.Listen again and answer some questions: When was Miss Panda „s birthday? Who wanted to see Miss Panda? Who wanted to go with Miss Kangaroo? Why was Mr. Elephant very angry ?

Were Mr. Cat, Mr Dog and Miss Kangaroo all scared?

6.Listen to the tape again carefullyand pay attention to the meaning of the text

7.Pay attention to the words: was, wanted, answered , asked ,were 8.Read after he tape
