Beijing Tiananmen Square is a place I have longed for for a long time. My parents finally took me to Beijing during the summer vacation. I am very excited.

Beijing has many places of interest, my favorite is Tiananmen Square. As soon as I arrived at Tiananmen Square, I saw the majestic Tiananmen Gate Tower. There were four small five-star red flags on the left and right sides of the gate tower, and the top of the gate tower was covered with golden tiles. In front of the tower stood two Chinese watches with dragons. There is a tall five-star red flag on Tiananmen Square, which is raised in the morning and lowered in the evening. Around the square are: Chinese History Museum, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, Great Hall of the People, and Monument to the People's Heroes. Dad said: \"The Monument to the People's Heroes is built to commemorate the heroes who sacrificed their lives to liberate China. We must always remember them.\" I was in awe.

There were a lot of people that day, a sea of people, and many

foreign friends, and everyone was scrambling to take pictures. The weather was hot, but I didn't feel hot at all, and I took a lot of photos as souvenirs.

I stood on Tiananmen Square and didn't want to leave for a long time, and finally I said reluctantly in my heart: \"Goodbye, Tiananmen Square; goodbye, Tiananmen Tower; goodbye Chairman Mao Memorial Hall; goodbye China History Museum; goodbye Great Hall of the People Goodbye to the Monument to the People's Heroes, Beijing Tiananmen, I love you!\"

北京天安门是我向往已久的地方，暑假爸爸妈妈终于带我去北京了，我很兴奋。

北京有很多名胜古迹，我最喜欢的是天安门广场。一到天安门广场我就看到雄伟的天安门城楼，城楼上左右两边各有四个小五星红旗，城楼顶上是金色的瓦。城楼前面屹立着两个镶有巨龙的华表。天安门广场上有一面高大的五星红旗，早晨升起，晚上落下。广场的周围有：中国历史博物馆、毛主席纪念堂、人民大会堂，还有人民英雄纪念碑。爸爸说：“人民英雄纪念碑是为纪念解放中国而牺牲的英雄们建的，我们要永远记住他们。”我听了心里肃然起敬。

那天来了很多人，人山人海，还有很多外国朋友，大家都争先恐后的

拍照。天气很热，但我心里一点儿也不觉得热，我也拍了很多照片留念。

我站在天安门广场上，久久不想离开，最后我在心里恋恋不舍地说：“再见了，天安门广场；再见了，天安门城楼；再见了毛主席纪念堂；再见了中国历史博物馆；再见了人民大会堂；再见吧人民英雄纪念碑，北京天安门我爱你！”
