经过半年的工作与学习，我自感收获颇丰但还是有很多不足的地方等待我去提高。首先我觉得我的教学设计能力还待高，其次，可能是年轻气盛吧，在处理教学中有些事情时还过于急噪，需要有更多的耐心。我相信在今后的工作和学习中，经过磨练，我会改善自己的不足，越做越好，全面而不失风格。
